wWe are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Manager to join our team in Vadodara. This is a mid-level, full-time position suitable for professionals with a strong background in mechanical engineering and design. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design projects, mentoring a team of engineers, and ensuring the quality and innovation of our transformer products

• d.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) for design and analysis wor
• k.Strong project management skills to manage timelines, resources, and deliverable
• s.Experience in team leadership and mentoring, with a proven track record of leading engineering team
• s.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design challenge
• s.Expertise in creating and understanding technical drawings and specification
• s.Product development experience with a focus on innovation and quality improvemen
• t.Strong management skills to effectively manage and motivate the design tea
