Construction is Just One Area You Could Work in as a Mechanical Engineer Others Include the Power, Medical, or Manufacturing Industries He must be able to devise, organize, and ensure engineering arrangements and revisions.Knowledge of MS Enterprise Project is a must Relevant Project Management experience. PMP certification desirable. Experience in leading a small to medium-sized team. Overseeing multiple concurrent projects requiredAbility to give direction in a team. Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that full fill requirements.Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.Coaching/mentoring. Drives for results and takes ownership. Highly motivated team player with excellent social and communication skills. Problem-solving. Persuasiveness and decisivenessPragmatic attitude. Quality-focused. Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written. Effective presentation skills
