About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Heat Treatment Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.
Salary: £3+,480 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on various manufacturing equipment, including furnaces, vacuum pumps, and cooling farms.
Identify and troubleshoot faults, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement measures to prevent future issues.
Collaborate with contractors as required and communicate effectively with all departments.
Requirements
HNC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience working with PLCs, variable drives, control, and instrumentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
