Job Details

Standard Work Hours

3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday), 10 00 PM – 6 00 AM

Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including mechanical presses, lathes, shears, welders, and more.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with hydraulic and pneumatic systems using schematics and drawings.
• Maintain machines, fixtures, and jigs to ensure proper operation.
• Dismantle machinery to replace defective parts, then reassemble and adjust for optimal performance.
• Install new parts and make necessary adjustments to meet operational requirements.
• Design and install special fixtures, guards, and safety devices as needed.
• Move and install equipment.
• Carry out various tasks as directed by the Group Leader.

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed
• A two-year associate degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in using a computer to search for parts and enter data into a CMMS.

Job Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods, sit, perform manual tasks, and engage in stooping and bending.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including a baseline test for lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
