Job Title: Mechanical Manager
Job Pay range: $70k-$+0k per year
Job Summary:

As a member of the Engineering team, this position will be responsible for directing and managing all functions of the Broadmoor’s and affiliated properties mechanical departments. If you excel at project management, tracking, and staying within budget, this may be the position for you.

What you will be doing:
• Ensure facilities are maintained to meet staff and guest expectations.
• Ensure coordination and cooperation of all Engineering departments.
• Coordinate projects with outside contractors.
• Ensure both Owner Funded and Operational projects are completed to specifications, on time and on budget.
• Ensure budgetary guidelines are met.
• Ensure fair and consistent departmental rules and practices for employees.
• Coordinate internal projects with affected departments with minimal disruption to staff and guests.
• Manage the scheduled maintenance and repair of Hotel fleet vehicles.
• Operate and maintain the Fuelmaster Fuel Management System.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or eight to ten years related experience with three to five years in supervisory role and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older
• Contractor D License, Universal CFC Certification preferred.
• The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 100 pounds with assistance.
