We are seeking a skilled HVAC Control Systems Officer to join our team in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality service that meets/exceeds customer expectations
Working collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives
Contributing to the growth and development of the business
The ideal candidate will have:
Sound product and technical knowledge
Excellent communication skills
A tertiary qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanical or Electrician
Proven work experience as an HVAC Support Officer or similar in a customer service role
A Restricted Electrical Licence - Connect and Disconnect
A White card Licence
A Current Driver's Licence
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient computer skills
