Position: Mechanical Technician- Mechanical
Location: Oman/ Dubai
Qualification: ITI in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the mechanical field
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Hindi is compulsory
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on mechanical systems including pumps, motors, compressors, and other machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and execute repairs or replacements as needed.
- Ensure all mechanical components and equipment are in good working condition.
Preventive Maintenance:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid equipment failures and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Conduct routine checks and service machinery to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshooting:
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems swiftly and accurately.
- Use diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint issues and apply effective solutions.
Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic fields.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and repair in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Experienced with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong communication skills in both languages.
