Responsibilities
Automation System Design: Design and implement automation solutions that meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements
Work with a team to define system specifications and ensure proper integration of all system components
System Debugging & Optimization: Perform system diagnostics, identify root causes of system failures, and implement solutions to improve system performance
Ensure optimal performance of all automated processes
Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects from concept to completion
Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation upgrades
Drive initiatives to increase productivity and reduce downtime through technology enhancements
Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of system designs, programs, troubleshooting steps, and modifications
Collaboration & Training: Work closely with operators, maintenance teams, and leadership to ensure systems are well-understood and properly maintained
Offer training to junior engineers and technicians on automation best practices

Key Responsibilities:
