Who are we?
A fast-paced role within the Planning & Editorial team, playing an instrumental role in the day-to-day of scheduling VOD/EST content for Vubiquity’s content services across its US, Canadian, and Caribbean portfolio.
Working closely with Operations teams in the UK, Cyprus, and the US, the schedules created by this position will drive the Operational workflow for the rest of the business and therefore requires a meticulous eye for detail with a real understanding of processes within a media environment

Your main responsibility is to manage and scheduling the processing of film, TV and music video assets through the digital workflow from scheduling to platform/multi-platform delivery
What will your job look like?
• Manage, ingest, and schedule a large variety of studio, affiliate, and planner avails.
• Work daily with detailed Excel macros and CMS software to normalize data and generate schedules for Vubiquity’s US, Canadian, and Caribbean services.
• Act as a key point of contact for all scheduling matters that may arise suddenly in this fast-paced environment.
• Daily checks to verify key data such as dates and pricing are correct, as well as scoping for and fixing ingestion errors to prevent delays for downstream teams.
• Collaborate with global departments, studio suppliers, and clients to coordinate updates, resolve issues, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a strong working relationship.
• Attention to detail to ensure content that is scheduled in a timely manner, accurate, and aligns with business standards.
• Support other areas of the Editorial team where necessary which may include creating content planners, running daily reports, inputting metadata into CMS, writing compelling copy, website curation, and more.

• Previous experience scheduling content and operating in a digital content environment.
• An advanced knowledge of Excel is a must.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised and detail-orientated with ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• An operational mind, with ability to quickly understand new technologies.
• Proven ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
• A passion for digital content and editorial excellence as well as an extensive knowledge of the Movie and TV market.
