The ideal candidate enjoys working as a team, has excellent customer service skills, an openness to learning new technology, and is detailed and organized. The job tasks will include assisting our psychiatrists with insurance authorizations and Rx refill requests. The job also includes assisting other front desk staff in scheduling, collecting co-pays, and managing office needs.
