Medical Front Desk Receptionist for an Opthalmology Clinic in the US (Home Based Part Time)

Qualifications
Experience in Ophthalmology: A background working in an ophthalmology clinic, with a solid understanding of the field and its specific patient needs
Proficiency in NexTech: Strong knowledge and experience using NexTech software, including scheduling, patient records, and other administrative functions
Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and medical providers in a fast-paced environment
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage phone triage, and address a variety of patient needs in a timely manner
Perfectly working headset and webcam
Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps
Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift Only applicants meeting the strict criteria above will be contacted
Responsibilities

Ophthalmology team offers LASIK surgery, cataract surgery with premium intraocular lenses, glaucoma surgery, dry eye treatment, myopia treatment, astigmatism treatment, cornea transplants, and laser eye surgery.
