About The Role

Ramsay Clinic New Farm is seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic administration professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our supportive and dedicated friendly team.

Join Us and You Will:

Work with a brilliant team of professionals and deliver outstanding customer service.
Cover outpatient reception and hospital administrative duties.
Manage internal and external enquiries.
Medical typing, schedule appointments, billing, and receipting, DVA and Workcover
Switchboard operation.

About You

Your high attention to detail and accuracy, strong computer skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities will see you succeed in this role.

You will also bring:

Specialist medical reception experience, minimum 3 years’ essential
Experience with Patient Management Systems is desirable.
Medical typing experience
Professional phone manner and approach to work
Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team.

Remuneration: On offer is base annual salary ranging from $60,000 - $70,000 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Must provide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
