Job Overview: As a Receptionist at Lockstep Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and organisational abilities will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who enters our clinic. You will handle appointment bookings, patient data management, and various administrative tasks to support our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a pleasant and professional attitude.

•⁠ ⁠Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.

•⁠ ⁠Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently using our booking system.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update patient records in an organised and confidential manner.

•⁠ ⁠Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient flow and service delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Address patient inquiries and provide information about our services.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials available.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

•⁠ ⁠Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with appointment scheduling and data management systems is a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

•⁠ ⁠Empathetic and patient-centric approach to customer service.

•⁠ ⁠Preferably a native of Ahmedabad.
