We are seeking a dedicated and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team at the Diagnostic Endoscopy Centre in Darlinghurst, NSW. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our busy medical practice and providing exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring a friendly and professional experience
Answering and managing incoming calls, booking appointments, and managing the practice's schedule
Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
Assisting with billing and insurance processes
Providing support to the medical team as needed
What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role in a healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, doctors, and colleagues
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suite
