About the role
We are seeking a reliable individual to join our south of the river Medical Receptionist Reliever team on a permanent full-time basis. This position is based at our Murdoch branch and involves providing rotating around to all SKG branches located south of the river to provide relief. When you are not required to provide relief, you will work at our hospital based Murdoch branch meaning that you are guaranteed your contracted full time hours.
Due to the travel involved, the successful applicant will require their own reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s licence.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.

Previous experience within a customer service industry will be highly regarded; however, this is not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
Your flexibility is key as start and finish times will be variable. Being a hospital site, operating hours are during and outside of standard business hours. This branch opens 7 days a week with service hours subject to change as per the demands of the branch and/or hospital. There is an expectation of this role to work hours across the full week as per the branch roster.
