In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of surgical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, surgeons, and OT staff. Your primary objective will be to generate demand for our products, ensuring complete coverage of target doctors and hospitals.
As a Medical Representative at APLE Pharma, you will implement sales strategies tailored to each specific market, ensuring that our products are well-represented and preferred by medical professionals. You will collect and analyze market data, providing valuable insights to the Area Business Manager (ABM) to optimize our sales approach. Responsibilities:
• Product Promotion: Effectively promote and sell APLE Pharma's surgical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors and OT staff.
• Demand Generation: Generate demand for APLE Pharma's products by building strong relationships with medical professionals and providing them with comprehensive product information.
• Doctor Coverage: Ensure complete coverage of target doctors in your assigned territory, meeting with them regularly to discuss their needs and how APLE Pharma’s products can meet them.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement APLE Pharma’s sales strategies in each specific market, tailoring your approach to the unique needs of your territory.
• Market Data Collection: Gather and analyze relevant market data, including competitor activities and market trends, and report these insights to the Area Business Manager (ABM).
• Compliance: Adhere to APLE Pharma's values, ethics, and operating procedures in all interactions with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Product Training: Continuously update your knowledge of APLE Pharma’s products, attending training sessions and staying informed about the latest developments in the surgical field.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to the ABM on a regular basis.
• Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to healthcare professionals, ensuring their satisfaction with APLE Pharma’s products and services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments within APLE Pharma to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts.
Requirements:
• Educational Background: Any Graduation, preferably B.Sc or B.Pharma, with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the surgical or healthcare sector.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strategic approach to territory management and customer engagement.
• Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the Jaipur healthcare market and the specific needs of surgical departments.
• Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance APLE Pharma’s market presence.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and product updates, with a proactive approach to learning and development.
