The Role

We are seeking two part-time Clinical Directors to join our Medical Services Group. As a Clinical Director, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership, enhancing decision-making, and developing the strategic direction for the Services group.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of high-quality services in the Wairarapa district.
Collaborate with Group Managers and MDT Professional Leads to enhance clinical input into decision-making.
Contribute to setting performance expectations for service effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sustainable high-quality services.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. A current medical registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand is required.
