About The Role

As a software engineer at SpeakUp, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our SpeakUp® platform, which enables millions of people worldwide to report misconduct anonymously. You will work across front-end, back-end, and mobile technologies, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code while exploring and implementing the latest innovations in software development.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions across front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms
• Write readable, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and incorporate them into our development process
• Work with modern technical concepts such as Serverless architectures, AWS Lambda, Single Page Applications, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Containers, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Must-Have

What We Are Looking For
• Full-time availability
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• 2-4 years of software development experience
• Strong experience in JavaScript frameworks for Single Page Applications
• Proficiency in Node.js
• Fluent in English

Good To Have
• Experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms
• Knowledge of Serverless technologies
• Experience with Flutter for mobile development
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Understanding of TypeORM
• Experience working with Vuetify components
