Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is to be the point person for all client events, seminars and workshops
This is achieved by planning all parts of the event including staying within the event budget, getting the required number of people to attend each event, assisting with creating all marketing materials needed for the event, calendar management, prospect follow-up, and tracking the effectiveness of each event
This individual will execute the seminars, client events, and build rapport with our clients and prospects!
Work closely with the Marketing Team on upcoming strategies
Being a liaison with vendors to provide the best client experience
Call qualified concierge clients to “check-in” and build relationships
Maintain event budgets
Confirm all upcoming events/seminars
Input prospects and keep database/CRM program up to date
Manage calendar regarding event schedule
Input notes to database/CRM of phone calls made and appointments set
Track client referrals
Prepare, plan, schedule, participate, and follow-up on client events and seminars
Assist with the implementation and follow-through on new marketing ideas
Review marketing focus with team during staff & marketing meetings
Organize check in process and other all other logistics at events/seminars
Manage all events set up, tear down, and other processes
Call all event attendees the day before the event to confirm attendance
Manage and record all RSVPs to upcoming events, workshops, and seminars

Are you a creative sales-minded, strategy-driven individual with a passion for marketing and a genuine interest in communicating with clients daily? We are seeking a strong Event Coordinator whose job is to plan and execute events for Raleigh Wealth Solutions in Cary, NC.

The primary purpose of this position is to be the point person for all client events, seminars and workshops.
