Member Service Representative

Temporary – 14 months, Full Time


Join the ‘Spark’ at Weyburn Credit Union (WCU)! WCU is dedicated to making a positive impact in our communities. We value self-improvement and giving back. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team as a Member Service Representative (MSR). This is a temporary contract until July 2026. The individual we are seeking should be local or within a reasonable commute to Weyburn, SK.


As an MSR, you will be an integral part of the ‘Frontline’ and to the success of the WCU. Under the supervision of the Member Service Rep Supervisor, the MSR will process routine teller/cash transactions, respond to general inquiries and concerns, and recommend the appropriate financial products to assist members. You will deliver exceptional member service and provide solutions to meet our members’ financial goals and needs.


The salary for the position is $23.21 per hour.

Your Spark:

Minimum grade 12 education.
Sales and service experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
Ability to recognize cross-selling opportunities.

The Interview Process

After the position closes, our HR team will work hard to create a short list of candidates. If you are selected for an interview, we'll contact you directly to set up a mutually agreeable time. Your interview will be conducted by a member of our HR team and the department manager. You should expect the interview to take between 45-+0 minutes, depending on the complexity of the position. We may ask you to fill out an additional employment assessment after the interview. All the information needed to access the assessment will be given to you at this time.

After we have completed all the interviews and received all the assessments, we will make our decision. You will be contacted from a member of our HR team, whether you were our chosen candidate or not.
