What You'll do
The Member Service Representative II will enjoy fostering relationship building and identifying the needs for the membership as well as enriching member lives by offering sound advise and confidently providing solutions. Th person that holds this position will have strong relationship building sills with both a member service and and advisory service orientation, you will have strong communication, problem solving, time management, and skill prioritization.
What Does the Ideal Candidate Bring?
In addition to one-year post-secondary education in a general business program, we are looking for an individual who has 1 to 3 years of experience working in the financial industry.
