Job Summary
An exciting opportunity to join the Level3+ team within the membership and events function. Reporting to the Director at Level3+ and working closely with other Level3+ departments, the Membership and Events Marketing Associate will be the key point of contact for our community of technology businesses to their marketing and amplification needs, along with the driving force behind event promotions (internally & externals).
The successful candidate should be a team player, have an interest in technology and innovation, and use creative thinking to support Level3+ membership and events with promotional activity across socials, website and in person.

With the support of the Level3+ team, our Marketing and Events Associate will support our customers and prospects, offering high-growth companies the best opportunity to succeed and scale at Level3+ and Canary Wharf.
Salary: circa £38k dependent on experience
Main Responsibilities
• Build rapport and support our members (customers) with their marketing needs, amplifying relevant content, jobs, company updates and events across Level3+ channels.
• Support on-boarding of new member companies, to ensure they are featured across the relevant Level3+ channels.
• Create and manage the communication of Level3+ internal events through Eventbrite, newsletters and other channels.
• Create and manage internal and external communications for Level3+ through MailChimp.
• Create relevant content for Level3+ website and socials.
• Social media management.
• Assist Level3+’s Events Manager with curating Level3+ member events, including selecting relevant speakers.
• Act as point of contact for all industry and media event partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
• Represent Level3+ at events, including those taking place at Level3+ and external industry events. Support the Level3+ team on internal member events.
What We Require Of You
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Keen interest in working with technology startups.
• Good understanding and experience using marketing platforms, including social, digital, and email marketing.
• A self-starter and able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Confidence in meeting new people and able to build rapport with customers, prospects and partners.
• Prepared to work flexibly, including out-of-hours attendance of events where needed.
• Open and creative thinker, keeping up to date on new industry developments, innovations, and technology.
