[email protected] or call us on +834082641 • Develop detailed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection models based on architectural and engineering drawings, utilizing Navisworks for clash detection. • Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, AutoDesk Fabrication ESTmep, AutoPIPE, and Trimble EC-CAD for rainscreen design and other related tasks. • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and team members to ensure successful project execution. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design process. • Perform calculations and analysis to validate the integrity and performance of MEPF designs. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in MEPF design, specifically in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, NAVSIWORKS, AutoDesk Fabrication ESTmep, AutoPIPE, and Trimble EC-CAD. • Strong knowledge of US building codes and regulations. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
