Job Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities:
Collection:
· Analyse range architecture /PPA (Price Point Analysis)/competition.
· To build collection in collaboration with sourcing/collection dept to as per market trend and requirement.
· Decide the launch period of the new concepts/range as per the seasonality.
· Visit sourcing partners & own units for new sample developments along with sourcing/collection team.
· Coordinate with costing team for cost settlement of new articles.
· Pricing the articles based on concepts, competition pricing & budgeted margin.
· To keep track of margins on monthly & seasonal basis for each category.
Seasonal Sales Estimate Planning
· Category sales estimate planning in Pairs, Turnover,ASP & Margin.
· Range width building with assortment panning each season
· Monthly Sales stk procurement Plan for the Key projects/Categories .
· Weekly/Monthly discussions with GM’S/RM’s/DM’S to discuss sales.
OTB -Order Placements along with stock planner: Based on Monthly OTB and Availabilty/FWC objective
· To launch new articles and lace monthly repeats
· To place Orders to sourcing/Unit as per the SOP along with resupply team.
· Ensure own units are loaded on monthly basis.
Promotions: to promote the collections, & develop the required POP’s in alliance with marketing team.
· Key project to be highlighted for driving marketing initiatives.
· Promotions to be planned out as per the festive calendar
· Tp plan articles for clearance during EOSS campaign
Sales Monitoring
· Constant review of art wise/region wise category performance.
· Bi -Annual review of Product classification/grading. (NOOS/BS/DC )
· Weekly review of the category performance at Pairs/TO/margin level/FWC/Availability
· Launching new articles at the right price/right time
· Constantly reviewing the performance of new articles across cats/regions.
Stock Management in collaboration
• Ensure constant availability of NOOS at cat level.
• Reduce, the stock of slow sellers with cross functional category promotions and price reductions.
· Constantly push for clearance for discontinued lines through regrouping with resupply team
· Continue follow-up of the articles performance, increasing procurement of NOOS/BS
· To ensure timely deliveries with collaborative working with the sourcing team
Market Research
· Keeping track of the emerging trends and prices in the market.
· Prepare seasonal trend board, story board and paper collections.
· Keeping in touch with the General managers/Regional Managers/ District managers
· Regular market visit to understand competitors products and feedback from market & customers
