Job Title: Merchandiser

Position Overview: As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and managing the presentation and distribution of our jewelry products. You will work closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure that our products meet market demands, are effectively priced, and are positioned to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Planning: Collaborate with design and production teams to select and plan jewelry collections based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales data.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform product development and merchandising strategies.
Supplier and Manufacturer Coordination: Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and production processes.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, avoiding overstock and stockouts. Implement effective stock control measures.
Promotional Strategies: Develop and implement promotional strategies, including marketing campaigns, special offers, and in-store displays to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to evaluate product performance, identify bestsellers, and adjust merchandising strategies as needed.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior to continuously enhance product offerings and merchandising techniques.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in merchandising, preferably within the jewelry or fashion industry.
Skills:
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and merchandising software.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
