Main duties and responsibilities
Main Role, terminals and hardware staging, audit and upkeep of Global Blue hardware.
Global Blue ticketing system management, resolving assigned incidents within SLA
Cooperating with customers as 2nd level support
Participate and facilitate end to end testing as part release deployment
Maintaining effective communication channels with all parties involved
Review Hotel Property Management System (PMS) database logs
Review Hotel Point of Sales (POS) database logs Troubleshoot payment systems across hotel and retail systems, along with payment gateway
Measure and improve the end-to-end performance of Global Blue’s payment related services against agreed Service Level Agreements and business targets
Providing 2nd and basic 3rd level support for the assigned IT services
Qualifications
Understanding of hotel operations, from back of house to front office skills
Business understanding of payment flows and financial transaction handling
Experience in hotel finance reconciliation is an advantage
Experience in collaboration with software development teams or outsourcing contractors is an advantage
Work experience within an international hotel group environment
Minimum 1 years’ experience working with in hotels industry & POS/POS systems
Understand of payment gateway solutions and Knowledge of merchant acquiring
Preferable skills and competencies

Demonstrates a strong customer orientation - actively seeks innovative ways to improve processes, and user experience
Ability to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design

Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Be prepared to travel regionally, and willing to work outside office hours
