ob Title: Meta & Google Ads Specialist cum Digital Marketing Executive Location: Kamothe,Navi Mumbai Experience: 1+ years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Meta & Google Ads Specialist who will also take on the role of Digital Marketing Executive . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, a strong understanding of Google Analytics, and the ability to lead and guide a small digital marketing team. Key Responsibilities:1. Paid Ads Management: Plan, create, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions. Monitor budget and performance, ensuring cost-efficiency and KPIs are met. 2. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools. Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, UTM tagging, and event tracking. Generate actionable insights to improve campaign strategy and overall digital performance. 3. Digital Marketing Execution: Support SEO activities, website optimization, email marketing, and GMB optimization. Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copies, landing pages, and creatives. Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with lead generation goals. 4. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing associates/executives. Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure project deadlines are met. Conduct regular team reviews and ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 1.5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude. Preferred: Google Ads Certification / Meta Blueprint Certification. Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or service-based industries is a plus.
