Position: Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (MLF)

Are you passionate about igniting a love for languages in young minds? Do you thrive in a dynamic educational environment? GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join a local school in Southampton as soon as possible.
About School
As a MLF Teacher you will play a vital role, Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and interactive language lessons to students across various proficiency levels.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and excel.
• Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to make language learning both enjoyable and effective.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assessment strategies that align with educational standards.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree is a plus
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in at least one modern foreign language (French, Spanish, German, etc.).
• Prior teaching experience preferred but not required.
