Position: MS CRM Dynamic 365
Location: Chennai/Kochi/Hyd/Pune/Mumbai/Coimbatore
Exp: 3-6 Years
• Must Have Qualifications & Skills: Proven track record of performing in a similar role including managing a team of sales support / CRM operations analysts • 3+ years of experience in sales operations/CRM administration as a subject matter expert with proficiency in a Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM environment, system admin, creating reports/dashboards, system adoption/governance, training new hires and process automation/improvements • • Microsoft Dynamics365 administrator certification • Microsoft Dynamics365 developer certification a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field. MBA in a technical / business related area (preferred) • • Advanced Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
