About the Role

As an HR Trainee at Microsoft, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and contribute to the success of our HR team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Employee Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• HR Administration: Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and managing HR databases.
• Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help organize events and activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
• Learning and Development: Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs and development initiatives.
• HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to different HR functions and practices.

What We Are Looking For
• Educational Qualification: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program related to human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Passion for HR: Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in the field.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
