Overview:

We are looking for a Microsoft Partner Operations Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goals. This is a key role that involves managing our Microsoft partnership administration in Partner Center across Australia, Netherlands and India.

Roles and Responsibilities :
• The Microsoft Partner Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that all of our relevant opportunities are associated correctly and visible to Microsoft, and that we leverage partner of record and available funding to maximize our results by co-selling and partnering with Microsoft programs.
• Will also be using Microsoft Dynamics and Partner Center to monitor and report on our partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships at senior levels across the business, and to influence these business partners to deliver optimum solutions for partners and for Microsoft.
• Drive continuous process improvements via analysis and identification of opportunities with a global consideration.
• Driving cross organization initiatives and contributing more broadly than core functional responsibilities.

Basic Qualification :
• A bachelor’s degree in operations, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience.
• Strong skills and at least 5yrs experience in using Microsoft Dynamics and Partner Center, and working with Microsoft or another service provider as a partner or alliance manager.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem solving, with strong judgement to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability build relationships and influence individuals at all levels.
