This role involves developing custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365, focusing on system integrations, workflow optimization, and technical expertise to drive business improvements. You will collaborate across teams to ensure process alignment, data security, and user training while contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and customize solutions using Power Platform tools and Dynamics 365.
• Integrate D365 with internal/external systems and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, testing, and training.
• Create actionable insights using Power BI and support data-driven decision-making.

Essential skills:
• Proven experience with Power Platform and D365.
• Proficiency in Azure, Dataverse, SQL, and DAX.
• Strong communication skills and experience in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of ALM, Continuous Delivery, and Improvement.

Desirable skills:
• Experience in systems integration and stakeholder management.
• Interest in data analytics and familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps.
