Reports To: Senior Associate / Senior Architect / Team leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Experience Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a experience in residential and high rise / mix projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural design and project management, with the ability to handle complex projects and lead junior team members. Mid level architect will be responsible for developing and executing architectural projects, from initial concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects, including concept development, design, and construction documentation.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs and budget.

• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and oversee project progress.

• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project requirements and progress.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interns.

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to incorporate innovative and sustainable design solutions.

• Participate in client presentations and meetings to discuss project status and address any concerns.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Qualification

• Batchelor / Masters of Architecture

• Prior experience as an architect for components of projects with a demonstrated technical and organizational proficiency.

• Demonstrated superior graphic design and building design and conceptualization skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp Photoshop, etc.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite

• Experience hand drawing and sketching Preferred education and experience

• Successful completion in the delivery of projects as an Architect.
