Qualifications: The Architect to hold a bachelor's degree in Architecture proficient in 2D (AUTOCAD) drawings & 3D skills (Lumion & Sketch-up) WITH BOQ.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Adept at basic site analysis, study, survey & measurements convert the measurements into working drawings, Models, and Presentations.
• Work on design development as per the briefings and sketches received from the Principal Architect
• Develop Detailed drawings of all levels, make PowerPoint Presentations and 3D models of assigned projects
• Proficient in developing 3D models
• Knowledge of Architectural finishes, materials, and Architectural drawing and planning elements
• Develop Bills of Quantity as per given budgets
• Site visits for projects within and outside Mumbai
• To be the point of contact between the team and the Project Architect.
• Maintain a daily task list & Chronology report for assigned projects discussing time allotments and schedules, and delegate and guide the junior architects.
• Strong personal ethics on work deliverables and timelines.
