As the Mid-Senior Level Social Media Team Leader at Par Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' social media campaigns. • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress, addressing questions and concerns, and proactively proposing new ideas and initiatives.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and ensure that your team is informed and trained accordingly.
