Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mine Foreman at SHAKAMBARI MAA MINERALS located in Jaipur. The Mine Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mine, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing a team of miners, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient production.

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Mine Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
• Experience with mining operations and knowledge of mining equipment and processes
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and other departments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent, additional certifications or training in mining or related fields is a plus
