Responsibilities
Job Description:
• Pan Rajasthan oversight of Business Development cum Sales team
• Define operational parameters & created excel model to track performance of BD Teams
• Strategy: Prepare strategic plan for growth and keep track of the same. Make business presentations for top management
• Design new models to grade target markets, evaluate team performances, Set business targets
• Identify team wise key focus areas & quantified improvement required to achieve targets make plans for shortfall
• Designed MIS to continuously track meetings by the relationship teams
• Tracked pan India performance of competitors & prepared monthly market watch reports
Qualifications
Min Qualification - Graduate
Salary Range - 25000-30000 per month
