• Experience - 2 to 5 years.
• Salary – 15k to 20k per month (However, Salary is negotiable for right candidate).
• Both Male/Female candidate are required.
• Minimum qualification required as graduate.
• English Communication Mandatory
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar field.
• Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Ability to work as part of a team.• Excellent in MS Office (Advance Excel & Word).
• Perfect in English Communication (Verbal/Written).
• Site Expense update as per coordination with the Site Supervisors and other site employee and submit the report for
the same to the management on the daily basis.
• Resolution of any query related to site.
• Maintain Day book
• Letter drafting as per sir instruction.
• Preparation of the purchase order/quotation to the vendors and to deal with them regarding material purchase.
• Complete Working on MS- word & Excel
• Other duties as assign by MD
