About the role: We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and efficient purchase MIS executive to join our purchase team to process the work smoothly. You will be responsible for track orders and ensure timely delivery is done. Also, you need to prepare purchase orders and invoices. Must have strong Knowledge of MIS. Responsibilities: - Research potential vendors - Preparing Purchase orders/ invoices/ challans Maintaining reports/ calculations. - Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers - Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing - Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases - Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices - Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses - Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed - Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage - Prepare reports - Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role - Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) - Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. SAP) - Understanding of supply chain procedures - Bachelor's degree - Min. 2 years of experience - Excellent Negotiation skills - Attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills Reasons to Join us: - Friendly work environment. - Training will be provided. - Immediate joining is available - Pick up and drop facility till Andheri Railway station - Near to Metro station - Ample of learning opportunity Benefits and Perks: - Annual package up to 2.0 - 3.0 lacs per annum - Extensive career growth and development opportunities throughout a growing a business vertical Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: - Provident Fund Education: - Bachelor's (preferred) Experience: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
