We are seeking a young and dynamic MIS Executive - HR (intern) to assist in the HR functions in the Andheri - Mumbai branch. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in carrying out the following Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for assisting the HR team with various HR tasks including Recruitment, MIS Report, Employee Engagement, Insurance Management, Data Management an d other HR tasks.
• Work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases and spreadsheets.
• Compile and analyze HR data to prepare reports such as attendance, leave, turnover, and other HR metrics.
• Support in creating dashboards and visualizations to present HR data effectively.
• Help streamline HR processes through automation and digitization where applicable.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular validations.
• Collaborate with HR team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Assist in conducting research and gathering information for HR analytics.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
• Must be excellent in using MS Excel and its advanced version.
