The MIS Executive cum Office Assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) along with providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires proficiency in data management, reporting, and basic office duties, contributing to overall organizational efficiency.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- **MIS Management**:

- Collect, analyze, and report data related to various company operations.
- Create and maintain regular MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Update databases with current information and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in automating data management and reporting processes using Excel or other tools.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather data and ensure smooth flow of information.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
- Generate reports that summarize operational performance, sales, and other relevant metrics.
- Identify trends and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain and update office records and documents.
- Provide support to senior management in day-to-day operations.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Manage Data systems and ensure all records are maintained accurately.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing official documents, reports.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office systems, including internet connectivity, printers, and other office devices.
- **General Office Management**:

- Ensure the office environment is well-organized and maintained.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage office supplies and services.
• *Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum Graduation
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), MIS reporting tools, and data management software.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in data entry and report generation.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in an MIS or administrative role is preferred.
