The MIS Expert executes all data and information requirements within the company and is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and evaluating management reports. We are searching for an innovative, well-organized MIS expert to join our growing company. The MIS expert responsibilities include designing and developing reporting systems as per need, developing strategies, keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in data management systems, analyzing data, and making suggestions for improvement. An MIS Expert should be able to effectively manage risks and also protect data and will coordinate with all the relevant stakeholders for data collection at regular intervals and perform various operations on data to generate meaningful reports and insights.

Roles and Responsibilities
● Coordinate with all the relevant stakeholders from various departments for data
collection at regular intervals
● Produce department wise reports using MS-excel as per regular intervals defined
● Prepare reports using MS-excel as per ad hoc needs of the organization
● Preparing Dashboards using formulas in Excel/VBA & presenting reports
● Prepare macro driven report sheets to fast track report generation
● Present reports to the relevant stake holders
● Provide insights and suggestions based on the reports
● Extensive use of VBA to automate report creation using MS-excel
● Being proactive for continuous improvement in report generation process
● Keep up to date knowledge of all the IT systems used within thr organization
● Ensure the data is up to date in all the systems and fill missing data as and when
identified by coordinating with relevant stake holders
● Perform any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
● Multitasking as and when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
● Minimum 1 year of experience with expertise in VBA and Excel automation
● Good communication, problem solving and presentation skills
● MS PowerPoint and MS Word skills
● Ability to quickly grasp knowledge of existing data flows and develop new flows
following agreed organizational standards
● Go getter attitude when it comes to meeting deadlines
● Learning attitude is a must for this role
● The candidate should have knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic Applications).
● The candidate should have knowledge of Advance Excel, Pivot table, V lookup, H lookup,
Google spreadsheet, mail drafting.
● Well Versed in Advanced Microsoft Excel Level Functions & Controls.
● Usage of Algorithm in excel and using formulas on different spreadsheet.
● Formula Specialist (using different formula in single Spreadsheet).
● Mathematical knowledge is an advantage.
● Well versed in all functions & controls of excel (Rank, Index match, Concatenate etc.).
● Must have strong analytical skills in data compilation and insights
