Senior Associate - Financial Controller Support
\
Job Summary:
\
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate to support our Financial Controller in various aspects of Accounts payable, Financial reporting, Audit, MIS, and internal control mechanisms for our projects in India.
\
Key Responsibilities:
\
• \
- Review and analyze accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Responsible for ledger scrutiny, identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in the month-end accounts closure, support in GST audits ensuring timely closure
- Assist in the Finance team in the statutory and tax audits, and help provide the needed information.
- Help with ROC filings and other secretarial compliance work.
- Candidate should have four to six years of relevant experience in finance and accounting function.
- Should possess sound knowledge of statutory compliances and accounting in mid-sized companies.
- Candidate should have good communication skills (oral as well as written) and should be proficient in MS office Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Google Sheets and should have exposure to renowned accounting ERP software systems (Exposure of knowledge of MS Dynamics will be an added advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and maintaining cordial relationship with all departments.
- The candidate should be flexible to work extra hours during exigencies.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters in Accounting (Commerce), Additional qualification of Inter CA/ ICWA would be added advantage.
