Job Responsibilities
Purchasing and Inventory Management: Manage in-stock inventory by performing weekly counts, noting low stock conditions, and forecasting future needs.
Mobile Device Operations: Coordinate deliveries from partner warehouses, gather requirements for hardware and software orders, and obtain quotes for purchases.
Team Supervision: Supervise and assist primary point of contact for King County Telecom Coordinators, providing training, support, and maintaining documentation.
Requirements
5+ years of general office experience with growth and increased responsibility.
3+ years of purchasing and inventory management experience.
Experience supervising and mentoring staff.
