• Develop and maintain relationships with agents, shipping lines and customers
• Rate negotiations with carriers and third parties
• Maintain quality standards for operational export/import procedures and improve them where necessary 
• Coordinating with purchase department for exports and dispatches
• Floating freight enquiries to CHAs, Forwarders & Shipping lines. Sharing the requirements to ensure effective sailing along with regular follow-ups
• Preparing and maintaining all logistics documentation as required
• Communicate with export related authorities, when necessary.
• Assist in any outdoor activities of export division in terms of logistics such as monitoring the packing/ loading
• Negotiating and finalizing on freight and its appointment
• Planning and organizing most feasible schedules for shipments
• Follow-up and coordinating for operations.
• Arranging transport if Direct Delivery 
• Arrange for documents related to shipments, approval on checklist of shipping bill, DG...
