Open Position: Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Objectives

To create high-impact, visually engaging motion graphics and video content for educational and product-related materials.
Enhance viewer engagement and learning outcomes through dynamic visual storytelling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets aligned with branding and strategic goals.
Roles and Responsibilities

Designing: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for marketing, product, and learning videos.
Editing: Edit e-learning content videos, incorporating animations, infographics, and audio enhancements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers and content creators to visually represent educational concepts.
AI Compatibility: Utilize AI-powered tools and plugins to enhance video editing efficiency and output quality.
Comprehensive Post-Production Execution: Manage end-to-end post-production including audio mixing, color grading, and exporting in required formats.
Visual Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual style across all media assets in line with the company’s branding.
Creative Translation of Concepts into Visual Content: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate abstract concepts into engaging videos.
Trend Awareness in Design and Technology: Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, AI in video editing, and digital learning.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant plugins.
Experience with AI-based video and graphic editing tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing e-learning or SaaS product-related motion graphic work.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
A strong sense of storytelling, design, timing, and audio synchronization.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
