Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of timing, and the ability to bring stories to life through video. As a Video Editor at LOM Digital, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with our clients' branding and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos, including promotional videos, advertisements, social media content, and other marketing materials.

- Collaborate with the creative team, including videographers, graphic designers, and marketers, to understand project goals and deliverables.

- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine video projects and ensure final products meet high standards of quality and brand consistency.

- Apply various video effects, graphics, and transitions to enhance the visual storytelling experience.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve editing techniques and processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- 2-3 years of experience in video editing, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video editing projects.

- Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and timing in video production.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
