In addition to our comprehensive automotive services, we import vehicles and spare parts from Japan, offering expertise in Japanese vehicle compliance and servicing.
About the role:
Sinergy Motorsports is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Motor Mechanic. This full-time position offers a balanced work-life structure with a five-day workweek. The role is ideal for experienced mechanics looking to broaden their skills in Federal Vehicle Compliance (RAWS) and work with a diverse range of vehicle makes and models.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and troubleshoot issues in vehicle engines and systems, diagnosing both mechanical and electrical faults to determine needed repairs.
Disassemble major components such as engines, transmissions, and steering systems for closer inspection, then repair or replace worn-out parts as needed.
Carry out scheduled maintenance services like oil changes, lubrication, and engine tuning to keep vehicles running efficiently and in line with environmental standards.
Reassemble engines and parts after repairs are complete, ensuring all components work smoothly and meet manufacturer specifications.
Perform detailed testing and adjustments on repaired systems, verifying that vehicles are restored to peak performance.
Use computerized diagnostic tools to assist in pinpointing and resolving complex issues.
Conduct vehicle inspections and, if qualified, issue roadworthiness certificates or provide a list of repairs required for certification.
Respond to service calls for breakdowns, delivering on-the-spot diagnostics and repairs as necessary.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Motor Mechanic or Technician
· Experience with Japanese-manufactured vehicles (desirable)
· Full driver’s license
· Own tools
· Strong attention to detail, reliability, and efficiency
