Job description

• *RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Offer Online telephonic support to users of MS Office - mostly professionals, corporates and executives in government.
- Log and document the day’s queries, solutions, and other information.
• *REQUIREMENTS**:
• *Education and Knowledge**:

- Any Graduation / PG, preferably with MS Certification
- Must possess exceptional proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, popular browsers and mailers.
• *Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience of power use of MS Office
• *Miscellaneous**:

- Must speak good English and Hindi. Be cool-tempered and tactful.
- Should have left-secular and scientific temperament.

- Similar position is also available at TARKIK SADAN, Matar, 40 KMs from Ahmedabad.
• *COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**:

- Compensation Range: 2,00,000 - 2,80,000 P.A.
- Subsidized accommodation and food may be considered
- Possibility of employment for the spouse exists.
• *Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
