We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, producing, and integrating multimedia content—including animation, video, audio, graphics, and interactive applications—across various digital platforms.

The role involves working on a range of media projects including websites, mobile apps, educational tools, gaming environments, and digital marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
Design and produce interactive multimedia presentations and applications for web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

Create and manipulate digital assets including animations, video clips, graphics, sound effects, and voice-overs.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and content strategists to bring concepts to life through engaging visuals and multimedia storytelling.

Optimize multimedia content for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.

Maintain and update multimedia content across digital properties.

Assist in video editing, audio engineering, motion graphics, and visual effects as needed.

Ensure branding and design consistency across all content formats and channels.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in multimedia production.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Communication Design, or related field.

2+ years of professional experience in multimedia content creation.

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, Audacity, and similar software.

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript is a plus.

Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and multimedia production workflows.

Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills
Experience in e-learning content creation or LMS platforms.

Knowledge of 3D animation or game development environments (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).

Understanding of digital marketing and SEO fundamentals.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and internationalization best practices.
